Ingredients

homemade chicken broth
- 1 cup
quinoa
- 1
green onion – finely chopped
- 1
clove garlic – mined
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a medium sauce pan and bring to a boil. Reduce to simmer, cover, and cook until water is absorbed (approximately 15 minutes).
